This position is fully remote, offering you flexibility and the ability to create your own schedule with set working hours from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. Our telehealth platform facilitates video sessions, allowing you to connect with clients safely and efficiently. You will collaborate with a supportive team of mental health professionals, using technology to enhance communication and treatment outcomes, while enjoying a work-life balance that respects your personal commitments.

• Conduct individual therapy sessions via secure video conferencing, delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to each client’s needs.
• Engage clients in discussions about their emotional states, experiences, and identities to foster insight and understanding.
• Advocate for clients by assisting them in establishing clear, achievable goals for their mental health journey.
• Evaluate clients’ mental health conditions through comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans, employing a solution-focused therapeutic modality.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment progress in compliance with clinic policies and licensing regulations.
• Participate in regular team meetings to collaborate on case reviews and share best practices, enhancing the overall delivery of care within the organization.

You will primarily work with adults experiencing stable and low-acuity mental health concerns, offering assessment and treatment services designed to improve their overall quality of life. This role directly impacts the emotional and psychological well-being of clients, promoting resilience and self-empowerment through targeted therapeutic interventions.

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
• Current independent licensure in California as a:
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Demonstrated proficiency in computer applications and telehealth software for seamless client interaction and record-keeping.

• Previous experience in a community health setting or outpatient therapy.
• Familiarity with a variety of therapeutic methodologies, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) or dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills based on evidence-based practices.

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and hours worked.
