Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations to assess mental health needs and create personalized treatment plans that promote recovery and emotional well-being.
  • Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to each client's unique circumstances.
  • Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team during staff meetings and group supervision to discuss best practices and clinical cases.
  • Develop therapeutic goals alongside clients, monitoring their progress regularly to ensure optimal treatment outcomes.
  • Utilize teletherapy platforms for virtual sessions, ensuring accessibility for clients who may face mobility issues or prefer online counseling.
  • Maintain accurate and ethical documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress for compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development to stay updated with current trends in therapy and mental health care.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • A Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits
