You will work cross-functionally across Solutions, Finance, Sales, and Strategy to design offerings that meet customer needs, calibrate pricing strategy to market reality, and align the business model to our financial strategy.

This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys building clarity from ambiguity, thrives in fast-moving environments, and brings a strong strategic toolkit - spreadsheet modeling, structured analysis, and market assessment.

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Lead pricing strategy across new and existing offerings, including value-based pricing, competitive benchmarking, and discount guardrails.
  • Architect packaging strategies and commercial structures that drive revenue growth and product clarity.
  • Develop financial models to evaluate new business opportunities, product economics, pricing scenarios, and customer ROI.
  • Work closely with Solutions to translate customer needs and capabilities into clear, commercially viable offerings.
  • Partner closely with Finance and Sales to refine offer positioning, improve deal economics, and identify growth levers.
  • Support executive decision-making through structured analysis, clear strategic narratives, and recommendations.
  • Build repeatable frameworks for offer definition, pricing governance, and monetization strategy.
  • Conduct market and competitive assessments to inform business model alignment and GTM direction.
  • Collaborate on cross-functional initiatives such as roadmap prioritization, partnership evaluation, and long-term commercial planning.

Your skills and qualifications:
Essential education and experience:

  • 6+ years of experience in business operations, pricing, go-to-market and/or business strategy
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Demonstrated ability to assess markets, synthesize research, and translate insights into strategic recommendations.
  • Exceptional analytical skills in building market/customer segmentations that drive packaging insights
  • Demonstrated Experience developing pricing models, business cases, and/or commercial assessments.
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with executive stakeholders.
  • High ownership, curiosity, and willingness to dive deep into customer needs and market dynamics.

Desirable:

  • MBA or Master's degree with a concentration in Strategy, Finance, Analytics, or similar.
  • Experience in aerospace and defense domain.
  • Familiarity with commercial remote sensing or mission software business models.
  • Exposure to B2B or B2G pricing, packaging, or monetization principles.
  • Familiarity with competitive intelligence or customer segmentation frameworks.
