Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of 12 Account Executives to achieve and exceed sales targets.Note, your team will be a combination of in-office and remote individuals.Foster a collaborative, high-energy environment focused on accountability and continuous improvement.Implement training programs to enhance product knowledge, negotiation skills, and consultative selling.Sales Strategy & Execution
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with company goals.Monitor KPIs and pipeline metrics to ensure consistent performance and forecast accuracy.Identify new market opportunities and drive initiatives to expand customer base.Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to optimize lead generation and customer experience.Provide feedback to leadership on market trends, competitive intelligence, and product enhancements.Operational Excellence
Manage sales budgets, resource allocation, and incentive programs.Utilize CRM tools to ensure data integrity and actionable insights.Qualifications
REQUIRED: Must currently posses or ability to obtain appropriate licensing, including Ohio Health and Life.8+ years of progressive sales experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role.Proven success in managing and scaling sales teams in a fast-paced environment.
