Senior Tax Associate (100% Remote)

Compensation: $95-115K base plus performance bonus
Hours: 40–45 hours during busy season

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and review complex tax engagements for S corporations, partnerships, and individuals

  • Develop and implement proactive tax strategies that align with client goals

  • Work directly with clients in real estate, professional services, and consulting sectors

  • Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and eliminate bottlenecks

  • Collaborate with internal accounting and advisory teams to deliver complete client solutions

Who You Are

  • 3+ years of tax experience in a public accounting firm

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field; CPA or EA preferred or actively pursuing

  • Strong understanding of federal and state tax compliance and planning

  • Solid grasp of GAAP and day-to-day accounting fundamentals

  • Excellent communication skills with a client-first mindset

  • Analytical thinker who enjoys solving problems and improving systems
