  • Amazon Expertise: Strong working knowledge of the Amazon Marketplace (Seller Central / Vendor Central), including a fundamental understanding of Amazon advertising, listing optimization, and fulfillment models.
  • Sales Acumen: Proven ability to hit and exceed upselling and revenue targets. You should be comfortable pitching new services, negotiating, and closing deals with existing clients.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to translate complex eCommerce strategies into clear, actionable, and persuasive presentations.
  • Problem Solver: Highly analytical and proactive. You don't just wait for problems to arise; you anticipate them and come to the table with strategic solutions.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive base salary plus commission/bonus structure
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance
  • Generous PTO and paid company holidays
