Title: Remote Contract Specialist

Location: Remote

Compensation: $24-34/hr.

Duration: 6-month contract to hire

Schedule: M-F 8-5pm PST or MST

Must Haves

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of experience in:
    • High-volume data analysis or research
    • Customer account ownership
    • OR complex administrative/operations roles
  • Advanced Excel skills (formulas, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF statements, conditional formatting)
  • Understanding of payer side health insurance
  • Experience working in databases or CRM systems (Salesforce or similar)
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
  • Ability to manage a high-volume inbox and workload independently

Preferred

  • Associate or Bachelor's Degree

  • Provide regular updates and reporting on task status, issue resolution, and performance metrics

$24/hr to $34/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
