Job description

Reliatus Behavioral Health, a leading national behavioral health executive search firm, is currently seeking passionate, dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join a rapidly growing team. Due to high demand, we are actively hiring for multiple open BCBA positions across the Stockbridge, GA area.

Initially, these roles offer the flexibility of working from your home office, providing remote clinical oversight and supervision for in-home sessions. As our client expands, you will transition to working directly out of a brand-new, premier ABA-based center in the local area Stockbridge area.

Position Summary

The BCBAs will initially provide top-tier clinical oversight, case management, and remote RBT supervision from their home office, supporting cases during afternoon/evening hours . Must be available to work as late as 7pm depending on client needs. These roles will transition to a stable clinical home in a local center once the physical facility opens. Backed by experienced corporate support, you will design behavior intervention plans, mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and foster a collaborative, data-driven environment focused on continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Leadership & Oversight
  • Conduct behavioral assessments, design programming, and monitor client progress with data-driven precision from your home office.

  • Manage, mentor, and provide high-quality remote supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) delivering direct care in the field.

  • Maintain strict adherence to the practice and ethical standards established by the BACB and company code of conduct.

Case Management & Collaboration
  • Successfully utilize web-based clinical software to manage programming, track client outcomes, and maintain accurate clinical documentation.

  • Provide impactful parent training and support via telehealth, empowering families to achieve socially meaningful change.

  • Collaborate closely with centralized administrative and operational support teams to streamline scheduling and intake.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Certification: Active BCBA or BCBA-D certification is strictly required.

  • Licensure: Must hold or be eligible for a current Georgia state license (LBA).

  • Experience: Proven experience providing high-quality ABA assessment and treatment design; experience supervising remote or in-home RBT teams is a plus.

  • Schedule & Flexibility: Ability to provide consistent supervision during after-school hours (2:00 PM – 7:00 PM) from a dedicated home office, with the expectation to transition to a center-based model in the future.
