Job description

Standard Job Description Join Lockheed Martin's digital transformation journey as we accelerate the OneLM Mission-Driven Transformation through our 1LMX program. This strategic priority is reshaping our operations and business processes to better serve our customers in terms of cost, quality, and capabilities, while delivering the speed, agility, and insights necessary to stay ahead of rapidly-evolving threats. The Asset Management Product Team is hiring an ERP Business Analyst Staff to lead the test and implementation activities associated with the new 1LMX S/4 ecosystem; Enterprise Portfolio and Project Management (EPPM).

EPPM is a suite of SAP solutions that will be used to manage LMs Indirect Investments; specifically Capital and Functional Overhead Projects. It integrates various modules like SAP Project System (PS), SAP Portfolio & Project Management (PPM), and SAP Commercial Project Management (CPM) to manage projects from planning and execution through to financial closure. What You Will Be Doing: In this role, you will lead the testing activities for the Overhead function in preparation for the remaining 1LMX deployments.

Candidate will partner with both functional and technical teams to ensure coordination and alignment of priorities and tasks. The Overhead functional test lead will need to collaborate closely with the Indirect Budgeting team to ensure integrations exist between F&BO tools; EPPM and Oracle in particular. This role provides an exciting opportunity to increase knowledge of the inner workings of SAP S/4 HANA and how it interacts with the rest of the 1LMX F&BO processes and system landscape.

Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following: Creation and execution of test scripts and procedures Hypercare and O&M support Defect triage and remediation Defining security roles and mapping system access Generating ad hoc reports / metrics / presentations as requested Document perceived Organizational Change Management (OCM) impacts Assist ISG in the creation of training and development curriculums Review / red-line command media to ensure alignment to future state processes Other duties will be assigned as required to support the organization. The ability to effectively manage multiple, diverse assignments is essential. Further Information About This Opportunity: This role is fully remote.

Candidates should expect to travel to support on-site business needs. Program requirements necessitate US Citizenship due to data restrictions. Applies functional knowledge to the design and customization of SAP or PeopleSoft client/server application to meet the company's requirements and systems needs.

Understands content, processes, and procedures associated with implementing enterprise applications. Writes functional requirements, develops test plans, and works with production issues. Works with developers to ensure requirements are being met.

At higher levels, serves as subject matter expert associated with content, processes, and procedures associated with implementing enterprise applications. Basic Qualifications Experience/familiarity with relevant F&BO business processes; Overhead / Indirect Budgeting Growth mindset with ability to grasp transformation objectives Ability to collaborate across multiple functions and teams Ability to multi-task in a deadline driven environment Ability to execute assigned responsibilities with minimal supervision & direction Organized and detail-orientated Effective communication and interpersonal skills Program requirements necessitate US Citizenship, with dual citizenship being excluded Familiarity with SAP Desired Skills Experience with Agile methodology Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence Experience with functional specification writing, test script writing, and functional testing Prior 1LMX exposure Pay Information GeoZone Definition: GeoZones are geographic groupings created by Lockheed Martin to align compensation ranges with regional labor markets and cost-of-labor differences across the United States. Locations are assigned a Geo Zone based on the primary work location of the role.

Full-time salary range (GEOZONE 1): $131100.00 - $243500.00 Includes metropolitan areas such as Sunnyvale CA; Pal Alto, CA; New York City metropolitan area; Newark, New Jersey; etc. Full-time salary range (GEOZONE 2): :$118000.00 - $219100.00 Includes metropolitan areas such as Denver, CO; King of Prussia, PA; Stratford, CT; Moorestown, NJ; etc. Full-time salary range (GEOZONE 3): :$104900.00 - $194700.00 Includes metropolitan areas such as Dallas-Fort Worth, TX; Orlando, FL; Grand Prairie, TX; Marietta, GA; etc

The salary range for this position is as listed on the requisition. Please note that the salary information listed is a general guideline only. For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
