• Deliver culturally sensitive individual and group therapy sessions tailored to meet the unique needs of clients from diverse backgrounds.

The clients you will serve at Integral Wellness Clinic come from various cultural backgrounds and present with a wide range of mental health issues, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, trauma-related disorders, and relationship challenges. As an LCSW, your role will be pivotal in ensuring these individuals receive respectful and effective care that honors their unique identities and lived experiences. You will focus on empowering clients to take charge of their mental health, facilitating their journey toward healing and self-discovery.

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or equivalent.
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience providing counseling or therapeutic services, particularly in a community or outpatient setting.
• Strong proficiency in crisis management techniques and cognitive behavioral therapy methodologies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

While not mandatory, experience working with diverse populations, particularly in a community health context, is highly valued. This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually, with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance.
