• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health concerns and develop treatment plans tailored to their unique situations.
• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based approaches, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.
• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other professionals to provide integrated and coordinated care for clients.
• Facilitate psychoeducational classes, group therapy sessions, and support groups to enhance community understanding and resilience.
• Offer crisis intervention and risk assessment services, including the development of safety plans when necessary.
• Maintain precise and timely documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring comprehensive and accurate client records.
• Utilize therapeutic modalities to empower clients in their healing processes and encourage progress towards clinical goals.

Our client base encompasses individuals of all ages, from children to seniors, who are grappling with various mental health conditions including anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and more. As a pivotal member of our patient care team, you will address the diverse needs of our clients and promote their mental wellness through tailored interventions. • A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
• At least two years of clinical experience in a mental health or outpatient setting.

• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and assessment skills to foster a therapeutic alliance with clients.

• Experience working with diverse populations, including cultural competence in addressing the unique needs of clients from various backgrounds.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems for efficient documentation and care coordination.
