Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based approaches, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.
  • Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other professionals to provide integrated and coordinated care for clients.
  • Facilitate psychoeducational classes, group therapy sessions, and support groups to enhance community understanding and resilience.
  • Offer crisis intervention and risk assessment services, including the development of safety plans when necessary.
