Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough mental health assessments for clients, considering their comprehensive personal history, presenting issues, and any relevant risk factors to craft effective treatment plans.

  • Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, focusing on personal growth, coping strategies, and emotional regulation, while fostering an environment of trust and support.
  • Work alongside psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to ensure holistic treatment and continuous care for clients.
  • Provide crisis intervention and immediate mental health support, responding effectively to urgent situations as they arise.

Qualifications
