The role primarily focuses on serving clients associated with a detox center, meaning you will engage with individuals requiring mental health and substance use intervention and support. Regular business hours will be the primary schedule, with occasional flexibility needed for evening or weekend engagements based on specific client needs.

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients’ social, emotional, and environmental circumstances, ensuring a complete understanding of their needs.
• Design and implement personalized service plans that outline clear goals, interventions, and metrics for progress monitoring.
• Provide empathetic counseling and support to individuals and families navigating various challenges, fostering a safe environment for open dialogue.
• Collaborate with clients to connect them to vital community resources, ensuring their holistic needs are met.
• Offer crisis intervention services, including risk assessments and safety planning, to stabilize clients in urgent situations.
• Forge partnerships with community agencies and organizations to facilitate client access to resources and advocate effectively on their behalf.
• Engage in proactive community outreach initiatives aimed at raising awareness of available services and promoting agency resources.
• Participate in interdisciplinary case conferences and team meetings to discuss client progress and enhance collaborative care strategies.

In this role, you will primarily support vulnerable populations connected to a detox center. This includes individuals experiencing mental health crises related to substance use disorders, as well as those facing social hardships such as homelessness and domestic violence. Your effective support will empower clients to navigate their specific challenges and achieve better life outcomes.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Nevada.
• A strong understanding of social and economic justice issues, trauma-informed care, and community resources.
• Exceptional communication skills, cultural competence, and the ability to positively impact client experiences.

• Previous experience working in a social service agency, particularly in settings that address mental health and substance use issues.
• A demonstrated commitment to advocacy and community engagement within diverse populations.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices in therapy and case management.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 60,000 to USD 100,000 annually, complemented by a sign-on bonus upon joining our team.
