• Implement crisis intervention strategies, perform risk assessments, and create safety plans, ensuring clients feel secure in their care.

This position primarily focuses on serving individuals in hospice care, who are experiencing life-limiting illnesses. You will be tasked with providing emotional and psychological support to clients and their families, helping them navigate complex feelings related to end-of-life decisions and grief. • A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required, ensuring you possess the theoretical knowledge essential for this role.
