• Deliver individualized counseling services to clients, ensuring each session is tailored to their specific needs and goals.
• Utilize our cloud-based EHR to document sessions accurately, track progress, and comply with necessary regulations.
• Lead individual, family, and group counseling sessions focusing on problem-solving, enhancing coping strategies, and ensuring confidentiality.
• Develop treatment plans that target mental health issues, trauma, and dual diagnoses, utilizing evidence-based practices.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams as needed, sharing insights about client progress and coordinating care effectively.

Your clientele will include diverse individuals seeking mental health support for various challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and dual diagnoses. You will have the opportunity to work with clients from different backgrounds and demographics, ensuring that each individual receives care that respects their unique cultural context and personal circumstances.

• Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Kansas.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in mental health counseling.
• Proficient with telehealth technologies, possessing a reliable laptop or desktop, dependable internet connection, and a web camera.
• A strong ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
• Successful completion of a background check.

• Experience in trauma-informed care or working with clients with dual diagnoses is highly valued.
• Familiarity with cloud-based EHR systems or similar software.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards relating to telehealth and mental health services.
