We are a leading, faith-based healthcare network dedicated to providing whole-person care to the communities we serve. Driven by a mission to extend healing and wellness, our expansive system encompasses numerous hospitals, medical groups, and urgent care facilities across multiple states. As we undergo an exciting period of growth—including new facility constructions, medical group expansions, and enhanced patient-care initiatives—we are looking for a dedicated talent acquisition professional to help us build the future of our healthcare workforce in the Southeast region.

salary: $25 - $35 per hour

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities

Your Daily Impact

  • Manage full-lifecycle sourcing and recruitment efforts for high-volume, critical healthcare roles across the Southeast region, primarily focusing on Georgia and expanding markets.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and leadership to forecast staffing needs.
  • Screen candidates utilizing behavioral interviewing techniques, resume reviews, and credentials assessments.
  • Travel to regional community events, schools, and facilities to build local networks, promote career pathways, and cultivate face-to-face relationships with hiring managers and future talent.
  • Document and track all candidate progress with accuracy and efficiency within our applicant tracking system and recruitment CRMs.

What You’ll Bring to the Table

  • 2+ years of dedicated recruiting or human resources experience. Healthcare recruitment experience is highly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
  • Must reside within a 1-to-2-hour drive of the Rome, Calhoun, or Chatsworth, Georgia.
  • PHR or SHRM-CP certifications are considered a plus.
