As we undergo an exciting period of growth—including new facility constructions, medical group expansions, and enhanced patient-care initiatives—we are looking for a dedicated talent acquisition professional to help us build the future of our healthcare workforce in the Southeast region.

salary: $25 - $35 per hour

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities

Your Daily Impact

  • Manage full-lifecycle sourcing and recruitment efforts for high-volume, critical healthcare roles across the Southeast region, primarily focusing on Georgia and expanding markets.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and leadership to forecast staffing needs.
  • Screen candidates utilizing behavioral interviewing techniques, resume reviews, and credentials assessments.
  • Travel to regional community events, schools, and facilities to build local networks, promote career pathways, and cultivate face-to-face relationships with hiring managers and future talent.
  • Document and track all candidate progress with accuracy and efficiency within our applicant tracking system and recruitment CRMs.

What You’ll Bring to the Table

  • 2+ years of dedicated recruiting or human resources experience. Healthcare recruitment experience is highly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
  • Must reside within a 1-to-2-hour drive of the Rome, Calhoun, or Chatsworth, Georgia.
  • PHR or SHRM-CP certifications are considered a plus.
