Rising Ground Behavioral Health Center is seeking dedicated licensed mental health counselors to join our team in a full-time remote capacity. • Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health needs to form a detailed understanding of their condition.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that leverage evidence-based approaches tailored to each client’s unique situation.
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions through teletherapy, utilizing modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, or other relevant techniques.
• Establish therapeutic goals and regularly monitor client progress to adapt approaches as necessary for optimal outcomes.
• Document all aspects of client care meticulously to comply with ethical standards and support organizational quality assurance efforts.
• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, training sessions, and peer supervision to stay informed about best practices and emerging trends in mental health care.

You will primarily work with a diverse clientele that includes children, adolescents, and adults experiencing varying levels of mental health challenges. Your work will focus on helping clients navigate personal difficulties and foster resilience through tailored therapeutic interventions. We are dedicated to providing an inclusive and culturally competent approach to care that respects each client’s background.

• Must possess a current and valid state license as either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on empathy and a non-judgmental attitude.
• Proficient organizational and time-management capabilities to manage a varying caseload.

• Experience in a clinical setting, particularly in teletherapy or remote counseling, is preferred.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and techniques that can cater to diverse client needs.
