• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to determine clients' mental health needs, utilizing a variety of standardized tools and clinical interviews.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results and client collaboration, integrating evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to unique circumstances.
• Provide therapy in multiple formats—individual, group, and family—utilizing a range of modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care.
• Coordinate care with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals, ensuring comprehensive support for clients.
• Offer crisis intervention services, effectively managing acute psychiatric emergencies with empathy and expertise.
• Engage in community outreach efforts, participating in educational programs aimed at destigmatizing mental health issues and promoting wellness.

• A current, independent license in one of the following areas:
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
  • Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
  • Doctor of Psychology (PsyD)
• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Demonstrated ability to build rapport with clients and establish effective therapeutic relationships through excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven cultural competence to engage with clients from various backgrounds, ensuring an inclusive counseling environment.
• Strong organizational abilities and time-management skills for effective case documentation and follow-up care.

• Previous experience working in a community mental health setting is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems to facilitate seamless documentation and client management.
• Experience with telehealth therapy platforms to efficiently conduct remote sessions.
