• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to diagnose emotional and behavioral disorders, ensuring precise identification of client needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans collaborating with clients to set achievable goals and benchmarks for their mental health journey.
• Provide individual, couple, and group counseling sessions using evidence-based therapeutic modalities, enhancing emotional resilience and coping strategies.
• Teach clients effective coping mechanisms and self-care techniques tailored to their unique circumstances, building their skills for long-term emotional stability.
• Monitor and evaluate clients' progress on a regular basis, adjusting treatment plans and approaches as needed to address their evolving needs.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team of healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care, ensuring that clients receive holistic support throughout their treatment.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records of clients' treatment plans, progress, and any relevant notes, adhering strictly to HIPAA regulations.

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload capacity.
