Position Overview

Barwon Mental and Behavioral Services is seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Therapists to join our remote team. The ideal candidates will hold LCSW, LPC, or LMFT licenses and will specialize in addressing a wide variety of mental health conditions, providing essential support to our outpatient psychiatric clinic in Tucson, Arizona. This full-time role allows for a flexible work schedule, aimed at delivering the highest quality of care to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough mental health assessments that identify individual needs, strengths, and goals to create tailored treatment plans.
  • Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions using diverse modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy, to individuals, couples, and families.
  • Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups aimed at common mental health issues, fostering a sense of community and belonging among participants.
  • Collaborate with psychiatrists and other multidisciplinary team members to ensure cohesive care that integrates medical, psychological, and social support.
  • Respond effectively to crises, providing interventions during mental health emergencies while maintaining a safe and supportive environment for clients.
  • Educate clients on their mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources, empowering them to take proactive steps in their healing journey.
  • Maintain the highest standards of confidentiality and ethical documentation in accordance with legal requirements and organizational policies.
  • Participate in ongoing case consultations, team meetings, and training initiatives to stay informed of new developments in mental health therapy.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability to perform comprehensive mental health assessments and craft effective, individualized treatment plans.
  • Prior experience providing individual and group therapy to diverse client populations.

  • Commitment to ethical practice, with sound judgment and respect for boundaries.
  • Proficient in using Electronic Health Record (EHR) management systems and familiar with telehealth platforms.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging between USD 80,000 to 100,000 yearly, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
