Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings of new and ongoing clients to evaluate their mental health needs, which leads to the creation of tailored treatment plans.
  • Design and implement individualized treatment strategies that reflect clients' goals, utilizing evidence-based practices such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) or dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).
  • Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, providing a supportive atmosphere that encourages clients to explore their thoughts and feelings and develop coping strategies.
  • Collaborate with other professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, to ensure a unified treatment approach and facilitate referrals as needed.
  • Support and educate families of clients, helping them understand mental health issues and involving them in the recovery process as appropriate.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential client records in adherence to all regulatory and ethical standards, utilizing our electronic health record (EHR) systems to document progress and treatment notes.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic serves a diverse population, including individuals facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health disorders. Qualifications
  • A valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
  • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field.
