Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough evaluations to assess the severity, frequency, and duration of clients' mood disorder symptoms.
  • Collaborate with clients to create tailored treatment plans that reflect their specific needs, goals, and preferences.
  • Implement evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to enhance client outcomes.
  • Educate and support clients and their families on mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care strategies.
  • Monitor and document client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on evolving needs.
  • Work collaboratively with psychiatrists and other medical professionals to provide integrated, holistic care.
  • Stay informed on the latest research and developments regarding mood disorders to continuously improve treatment methodologies.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential documentation that adheres to legal and ethical standards.
