Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate a variety of therapeutic interventions, including individual therapy sessions, family counseling, and group therapy, ensuring to utilize methods that best serve each client's needs.
  • Continuously monitor client progress through systematic feedback and adjust treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.
  • Provide immediate crisis intervention to clients experiencing acute distress, ensuring safety and support.
  • Maintain precise and confidential client records in accordance with HIPAA regulations and ethical guidelines, ensuring documentation is complete and timely.
  • Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals, including case managers and psychiatric staff, to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care.

Qualifications
