This position is fully remote, allowing for flexibility while working in a community health clinic setting. Our virtual platform enables therapists to connect with clients in a comfortable environment that promotes open dialogue and healing. You will work alongside a multidisciplinary team comprised of psychiatrists, social workers, and peer support specialists, all committed to offering high-quality mental health care.

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and emotional states, ensuring a complete understanding of their issues.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans based on individual client goals, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
• Facilitate a variety of therapeutic interventions, including individual therapy sessions, family counseling, and group therapy, ensuring to utilize methods that best serve each client's needs.
• Continuously monitor client progress through systematic feedback and adjust treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention to clients experiencing acute distress, ensuring safety and support.
• Maintain precise and confidential client records in accordance with HIPAA regulations and ethical guidelines, ensuring documentation is complete and timely.
• Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals, including case managers and psychiatric staff, to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through training, supervision, and participation in relevant seminars to stay updated with industry best practices.
• Adhere strictly to ethical guidelines as established by professional licensing boards and mental health organizations.

Your role will involve working with a diverse client population, including individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.
• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist in the state of Illinois (LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW).
• Demonstrated strong clinical assessment, diagnostic skills, and the ability to create effective treatment plans.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a high level of interpersonal abilities to build rapport with clients.
• Empathy, compassion, and a strong dedication to client welfare are essential qualities.
• Ability to work autonomously while being a collaborative member of a team.
• A thorough understanding of ethical practices and laws associated with mental health services.

• A minimum of three years of experience in a mental health counseling capacity, with a track record of successfully treating diverse populations.
• Experience using electronic health record systems for managing patient documentation and care.

Timeless Counseling Services offers a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
