• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand client needs and develop personalized treatment plans that reflect their goals and emotional well-being.
• Utilize evidence-based interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to foster client development and support their mental health journeys.
• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical records, adhering to all confidentiality and compliance protocols to protect client privacy.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and other social workers, to ensure holistic care for each client.
• Provide education and support to clients and their families, equipping them with the tools and resources to manage their mental health effectively.
• Stay informed on the latest mental health research, integrating new findings into therapeutic practices to enhance client outcomes.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• A valid LCSW license in the state of California.
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience working with clients in a therapeutic setting.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building rapport and trust with clients.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, essential for navigating complex client needs.

While a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience is required, we highly encourage applicants with experience working in community health settings or those who have had exposure to integrated care models. Familiarity with telehealth solutions and experience managing caseloads in a remote capacity are strong assets.

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience. In addition to this attractive salary, we provide:
