Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct detailed assessments to identify the mental health needs of clients, and develop personalized treatment plans that are adaptable based on client progress.
  • Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, utilizing a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities that effectively address anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health issues.
  • Work in close partnership with case managers and psychiatrists, sharing insights for coordinated care that encompasses medical, psychological, and social support.
  • Provide crisis intervention services, employing your clinical knowledge and interpersonal skills to assist clients during acute situations, ensuring their safety and emotional stabilization.
  • Take an active role in community outreach and educational programs designed to promote mental health awareness, reduce stigma, and foster a supportive network for those in need.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
