Ever Most Counseling Center is seeking a fully licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our dedicated team in Joliet, Illinois. Our multidisciplinary team includes specialists from various fields, enabling effective case collaboration and a holistic approach to client care. Regular business hours are maintained, with occasional evening shifts to ensure comprehensive service availability for our clients.

• Conduct detailed assessments to identify the mental health needs of clients, and develop personalized treatment plans that are adaptable based on client progress.
• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, utilizing a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities that effectively address anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health issues.
• Work in close partnership with case managers and psychiatrists, sharing insights for coordinated care that encompasses medical, psychological, and social support.
• Provide crisis intervention services, employing your clinical knowledge and interpersonal skills to assist clients during acute situations, ensuring their safety and emotional stabilization.
• Take an active role in community outreach and educational programs designed to promote mental health awareness, reduce stigma, and foster a supportive network for those in need.

Your work will involve engaging with a diverse clientele representing various ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds. Many of our clients come from marginalized communities, and you will play a vital role in advocating for their mental health needs. By using a culturally competent approach, you will help clients navigate their unique challenges and empower them to achieve their personal goals.

• A current and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master’s degree or doctorate in relevant fields such as Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with a demonstrated capacity to build trust-based therapeutic relationships.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple cases while ensuring thorough documentation and timely follow-ups.
• Commitment to cultural sensitivity and an understanding of the social determinants of health impacting mental wellness.

• Previous experience in a community health setting is preferred, providing familiarity with the unique challenges and resource limitations faced by clients.
• Experience delivering teletherapy services, showcasing adaptability to different modes of communication and therapy.
• Engagement in public speaking or community education initiatives related to mental health preferred.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with your level of experience and professional credentials. Additional benefits include:
