Will Listen Therapy is seeking a dedicated Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our remote outpatient therapy team in Pullman, Washington. This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 110,000, along with a comprehensive benefits package. You will collaborate with a diverse team of professionals dedicated to improving mental health and facilitating client progress.

• Conduct thorough client assessments through video sessions, identifying mental health issues and determining appropriate treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
• Utilize various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based approaches, to effectively address client concerns.
• Maintain complete and accurate case documentation according to ethical and regulatory standards, ensuring compliance with state guidelines.
• Provide ongoing support and encouragement to clients, helping them set and achieve personal goals that contribute to their mental well-being.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and community resources to develop comprehensive treatment plans, enhancing client care through referrals and multidisciplinary approaches.

Our practice serves a diverse patient population, including individuals, couples, and families facing a variety of challenges such as relationship issues, anxiety, depression, and trauma. • Must hold a valid license as a Marriage and Family Therapist in Washington State.
• A graduate degree in therapy, psychology, or a closely related field is required to ensure a solid foundation in therapeutic principles and practices.
• Demonstrated proficiency in CBT and other behavioral therapy approaches to effectively support and guide clients in their therapeutic journey.
• Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills, enhancing interactions with clients and colleagues alike.

• A minimum of two years of post-graduate experience in a clinical setting, ideally focused on marriage and family therapy.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems and virtual therapy platforms to streamline care delivery and documentation.
• Experience working with diverse populations and an understanding of cultural competency in therapy practices.

Will Listen Therapy offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 110,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
