Integro Wellness & Therapy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our dynamic team in a full-time remote capacity. The ideal candidate will have the passion and expertise to improve the mental health and well-being of adults, children, and families within our diverse community. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a personalized caseload of clients, fostering rapport and nurturing positive therapeutic relationships while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.
  • Conduct regular meetings with clients to assess their progress, discuss stability, and prepare for upcoming appointments or potential discharge when appropriate.
  • Design, implement, and evaluate client-centered treatment plans that are tailored to individual needs, enabling clients to navigate their pathways to recovery.
  • Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date documentation and progress notes for each client, ensuring compliance with best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Perform detailed intake assessments to understand clients' mental health history and current challenges, laying the groundwork for effective treatment planning.
  • Facilitate individual therapy sessions weekly, employing a variety of therapeutic modalities to address clientsโ€™ specific needs.
  • Engage in individual supervision and professional development to continuously enhance your clinical skills and competences.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to ensure coordinated and comprehensive client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The primary focus of this role is on outpatient clients, ranging from children to adults and families facing various mental health challenges. You will guide clients through their journeys to emotional and psychological well-being, utilizing evidence-based practices and customized treatment approaches to empower them to achieve their goals.

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field is required.
  • Active and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) certification is essential.
  • A minimum of one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting is mandatory.
  • Proficient in using technology and software, including Excel, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY, facilitating efficient documentation and communication.
  • Experience in delivering direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families is preferred.
  • Comfort with conducting intake assessments and effectively engaging clients to ensure a thorough understanding of their needs.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience with a range of therapeutic approaches and modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy is a plus.
  • Familiarity with community resources and the ability to make appropriate referrals as needed to support clients' comprehensive care.
