• Conduct thorough virtual assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental and emotional needs, utilizing evidence-based practices.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, applying appropriate therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness practices to promote mental well-being.
• Collaborate effectively with other mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure an integrated approach to client care.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate client records and documentation, adhering to HIPAA regulations for confidentiality and security.

• A valid and unrestricted License as an Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Washington.
• A minimum of three years of professional experience in counseling or clinical social work is required.
• A robust understanding of mental health issues, treatment methodologies, and the therapeutic process.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to build trusting relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
• The ability to navigate a virtual work environment effectively, utilizing telehealth technology and software proficiently.

• Annual salary range of $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
