Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough mental health evaluations and create individualized treatment plans based on the unique needs of each client.
  • Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions that align with therapeutic goals, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for participants.
  • Regularly assess and document client progress, adjusting intervention strategies as needed to enhance therapeutic outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Completion of the NCE or NCMHCE with a passing score.
