Work Environment

This role offers a fully remote work setting, enabling you to leverage technology effectively to connect with clients. You will work from home, interacting with clients through various digital platforms designed for telehealth services. Scheduled shifts are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, providing a structured work schedule that promotes a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct crisis assessments and interventions for individuals experiencing sudden mental health emergencies, ensuring timely and appropriate support.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that address the unique circumstances of each client in crisis.
  • Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency response teams to ensure the safety and well-being of clients requiring immediate assistance.
