Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Will Listen Therapy, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual, couples, and family therapy sessions tailored to the unique needs of each client.
• Creating and implementing personalized treatment plans that reflect specific client concerns and therapeutic goals.
• Thoroughly documenting therapy sessions and maintaining the highest standards of client confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
• Utilizing evidence-based methodologies, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and family systems therapy, to guide clients toward positive outcomes.
• Collaborating with other clinicians to coordinate care and ensure a comprehensive approach to treatment.
• Participating in regular team meetings to discuss case presentations and enhance interdisciplinary collaboration.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Will Listen Therapy serves a diverse range of clients, including individuals facing mental health issues, couples struggling with communication and intimacy, and families dealing with conflict or systemic challenges. Our approach is rooted in understanding each client’s unique background and needs, enabling us to provide tailored support that leads to meaningful, lasting change.

Qualifications

To be considered for the position, applicants must possess the following qualifications:

• An active Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license in Washington State.
• A Bachelor's degree in psychology, counseling, or a related field. A Master's degree is strongly preferred.
• Ability to effectively utilize a variety of therapeutic frameworks, including but not limited to CBT, family systems, and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Exceptional organizational skills and a proactive communication style that fosters engagement and trust with clients.

Preferred Experience

While a minimum of two years of clinical experience is required, preference will be given to candidates with a stronger background in family therapy and those who are skilled in working with diverse populations. Familiarity with telehealth platforms and a proven track record of success in achieving positive client outcomes will be beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range between USD 100,000 and 110,000 annually, in addition to an attractive benefits package that includes:
