• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and evaluations to accurately determine clients' mental health conditions and needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that align with each client's goals, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to their unique circumstances.
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions for adult clients, employing therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Solution-Focused Therapy.
• Integrate teletherapy effectively for virtual sessions, ensuring clients receive high-quality care regardless of their location.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support to clients in urgent need, ensuring mental health safety and stability.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops, webinars, and training to stay current with evolving mental health practices and industry standards.

You will primarily work with adult clients facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Our focus is on delivering personalized and culturally competent care, considering the diverse backgrounds and needs of our clients.

• Must hold a valid and current licensure as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD.
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in a related field such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Possess exceptional communication skills, with an empathetic and non-judgmental demeanor that fosters trust and rapport with clients.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities to effectively balance case loads and administrative responsibilities.
• Maintain a clean disciplinary record with the licensing board.

While we welcome both experienced and newer therapists, candidates with prior experience in teletherapy and working with diverse adult populations will stand out. Familiarity with collaborative care models and crisis intervention strategies will be advantageous.
