• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and available resources, resulting in tailored treatment plans.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy (SFT), and trauma-informed care.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans with measurable goals, adapting techniques to best support each client’s journey to emotional health.
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary team members to ensure a holistic approach to client care, promoting comprehensive treatment strategies.
• Facilitate crisis interventions, conduct risk assessments, and safety planning as necessary, ensuring the highest level of client safety and support.
• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation of client interactions in accordance with ethical and professional standards, ensuring compliance with all regulatory guidelines.

As an LMFT at Happy Hearts Counseling Center, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, and families facing various mental health concerns such as depression, anxiety disorders, PTSD, and other trauma-related issues. Your expertise and compassionate approach will be instrumental in guiding clients toward meaningful healing and personal development.

• Possession of an active Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) licensure in Arizona.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience providing therapy in a clinical setting.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field; a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related discipline is preferred.
• Strong understanding of various therapeutic frameworks and methodologies, including evidence-based practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating empathy and cultural competence in client interactions.

• Experience with underserved populations and knowledge of community mental health resources is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in teletherapy and digital communication tools.
• Background in crisis intervention, risk assessment, and creating safety plans.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
