As a remote position, our Mental Health Therapist will enjoy a flexible work schedule primarily from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 4 PM, with opportunities for customized scheduling based on patient needs. Collaborating in a virtual environment, you will be part of a multidisciplinary treatment team that includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and other therapists, all committed to delivering exceptional care while ensuring compliance with HIPAA and regulatory standards. • Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments using solution-focused methodologies to tailor personalized treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each client.
• Utilize various evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to engage clients in their mental health journeys.
• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and best practices.
• Participate in bi-weekly case consultations and peer review meetings to foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health challenges, treatment plans, and available community resources to empower their involvement in the healing process.
• Stay informed about the latest research and advancements in mental health to provide cutting-edge care.

Our therapeutic services cater to individuals of all ages experiencing a wide array of mental health concerns. You will work with clients facing issues such as chronic mental illness, grief, trauma, and stress-related disorders. By focusing on evidence-based practices combined with empathy and support, our therapists create safe spaces for clients to explore their feelings and recover at their own pace.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Arizona.
• Strong understanding and application of solution-focused psychotherapy interventions tailored to the diverse needs of clients.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Demonstrated proficiency in problem-solving and critical thinking, able to navigate complex client situations effectively.
• A commitment to team collaboration, valuing the contributions of others to enhance the quality of care delivered.
