• Conduct thorough intake assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and therapeutic needs, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of each client's background.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings that align with client goals, using evidence-based practices.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions using multiple modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to address various mental health issues.
• Regularly monitor and document clients' progress in therapy sessions, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to reflect evolving needs and goals.
• Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals such as psychiatrists, primary care physicians, and case managers to provide comprehensive, coordinated care for clients.
• Advocate for clients' rights and ensure they have access to appropriate resources and community services to enhance their mental wellness.
• Uphold confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in all aspects of practice as mandated by state licensing boards and professional organizations.

The LMFT will work with a diverse array of clients facing various challenges, including individual emotional difficulties, relationship issues, and family dynamics. This role is especially focused on supporting clients dealing with mood disorders and other mental health conditions, creating a safe space for them to express their thoughts, feelings, and experiences.

• A master's or doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
• A current and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Arizona.
• Two or more years of post-licensure experience specializing in treating mood disorders is preferred.

• Expertise in evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is highly desired.
• A strong understanding of psychopharmacology with a proven ability to collaborate effectively with psychiatrists and other medical professionals.
• A history of successful outcomes in treating mood disorders will set candidates apart.

• This position offers a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $105,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload.
