Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of clients.
• Provide therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, families, and groups grounded in scientifically-supported practices.
• Utilize diverse therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy depending on client needs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and effective care for all clients.
• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation that aligns with legal requirements and ethical guidelines.
• Engage in continuous professional development to stay up-to-date with advancements in mental health care and best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Guided Unity Counseling Center, your focus will be on serving a varied clientele facing a range of mental health challenges. This includes individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and substance use disorders. Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related mental health field.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Arizona.
• A minimum of two years of counseling experience in a clinical environment.
• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards in counseling practice.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with diverse clients.
• Experience in utilizing Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems and other relevant counseling software.

Preferred Experience

• Specialization in family therapy, couples counseling, substance abuse treatment, or trauma-informed care.
• A proven track record of successfully collaborating with healthcare teams to enhance client outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary range of USD 60,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
