• Provide exceptional evidence-based therapy services to clients, tailoring your approach to meet individual needs.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand client backgrounds and develop personalized treatment plans that respond to their unique circumstances.
• Facilitate therapy sessions using diverse modalities, including individual counseling, couples therapy, and family therapy, to foster healthy relationships and personal growth.
• Work collaboratively with clients to set actionable goals and continually monitor their progress throughout the therapeutic process.
• Maintain meticulous and precise clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory guidelines, ensuring the highest standards of care.

Your caseload will encompass a wide range of clients, from individuals facing anxiety and depression to families navigating complex dynamics. We serve a diverse population that requires empathy and understanding, and as a therapist at Nordic, you will play a crucial role in their healing journeys. Whether working with children, adolescents, or adults, you will be equipped to address various mental health challenges, fostering positive outcomes tailored to each client’s goals.

• A Master’s degree or higher in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.
• Current, full licensure in Arizona as a mental health professional (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or PsyD) to practice independently without supervision.
• Strong commitment to evidence-based practices and specialized therapeutic techniques.

• Experience working with a diverse clientele in various clinical settings.
• Familiarity with telehealth practices and online therapy sessions.
• Specializations in child and adolescent therapy, trauma-focused therapy, or substance abuse treatment are a plus.
