We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Full-Time Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW) to join our dynamic team at Easy Way Psychological Services. The Therapist will be pivotal in delivering evidence-based, trauma-informed care to individuals, families, and groups. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments, evaluating clientsโ€™ needs, strengths, and symptomology to inform treatment plans.
  • Develop and implement culturally competent and family-centered treatment plans that align with the individual needs of clients.
  • Deliver therapeutic services through individual and family counseling, employing trauma-informed practices to ensure a safe therapeutic environment.
  • Collaborate closely with members of the clinical service teams to coordinate care and improve client outcomes.
  • Maintain complete and accurate clinical documentation, including client assessments and treatment plans, adhering to program standards and regulations.
  • Assess and respond to crises as they arise, providing immediate intervention when necessary to ensure client safety and well-being.
  • Manage a dedicated caseload, providing consistent therapy sessions and follow-ups while ensuring the highest quality of care.
  • All other duties as assigned by the organization, aimed at enhancing client care and organizational effectiveness.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse clientele, often from vulnerable and underserved populations. This includes individuals facing a variety of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and interpersonal issues. Understanding and respecting cultural differences is essential to provide effective therapy that resonates with clientsโ€™ backgrounds and experiences.

Qualifications
  • Education: A Masterโ€™s Degree in a relevant field is required, along with an active clinical license in California. Candidates must hold either LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, or equivalent licensure.
  • Professional License: Applicants must possess one of the specified clinical licenses which allows for independent practice without supervision.
  • Attendance: Regular attendance is essential and will be monitored in accordance with organizational standards.
Preferred Experience
