Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clientsโ€™ mental health to ascertain their needs effectively and create tailored treatment plans.
  • Provide evidence-based therapeutic services utilizing various modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based therapy, and family systems therapy.
  • Engage constructively with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a coordinated and holistic approach to client care.
  • Respond effectively during crisis situations, offering support and interventions to clients experiencing acute distress.
  • Participate in community outreach and educational programs designed to raise awareness about mental health issues and promote resources available within the community.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will serve a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing a spectrum of mental health challenges ranging from anxiety and depression to trauma and relationship issues. Qualifications
  • Possession of an independent and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or similar recognized credentials.
  • A completed masterโ€™s degree or doctorate in a relevant field such as Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology.
