• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients’ mental health to ascertain their needs effectively and create tailored treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic services utilizing various modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based therapy, and family systems therapy.
• Engage constructively with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a coordinated and holistic approach to client care.
• Respond effectively during crisis situations, offering support and interventions to clients experiencing acute distress.
• Participate in community outreach and educational programs designed to raise awareness about mental health issues and promote resources available within the community.

You will serve a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing a spectrum of mental health challenges ranging from anxiety and depression to trauma and relationship issues. This role not only emphasizes individualized care but also appreciates and respects the cultural differences that enrich our community. Your ability to connect with and empower clients from various backgrounds will play a central role in their healing journeys.

• Possession of an independent and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or similar recognized credentials.
• A completed master’s degree or doctorate in a relevant field such as Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology.
• Demonstrated capacity for strong communication and interpersonal skills, characterized by the ability to build rapport and develop trusting therapeutic relationships.
• Exhibited cultural competence and sensitivity, ensuring that clients from diverse ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds receive effective and respectful care.
• Strong organizational skills and proficiency in documentation, ensuring compliance with clinical standards and regulations.

A background in community mental health, familiarity with trauma-informed care, and experience working with children or marginalized populations are highly valued. Knowledge of teletherapy platforms and electronic health record (EHR) systems will enhance your effectiveness in this role.

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to financial compensation, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
