• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments with patients to gauge their mental health requirements and establish their treatment pathways.
• Develop tailored treatment plans that reflect each patient’s individual challenges, applying evidence-based practices to guide therapy sessions.
• Deliver therapeutic interventions through individual, couple, family, and group sessions, ensuring a supportive environment throughout.
• Regularly monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to foster ongoing improvement.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention when needed, including making appropriate referrals to emergency services and other resources.
• Document all clinical interactions accurately, maintaining up-to-date records to comply with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals and healthcare providers to create a comprehensive support network for patients.
• Engage in staff meetings and participate in professional development workshops to enhance clinical skills and community engagement.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is mandatory.
• possession of a current and unrestricted California LCSW license is required.
