• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.
• A master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to effectively connect with clients.
• A strong commitment to cultural sensitivity and the ability to work with a variety of populations.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

• Experience working in a community mental health setting and familiarity with telehealth services.
• Prior experience with evidence-based practices and various therapeutic approaches.
• Demonstrated ability to engage in community outreach and mental health education initiatives.
