• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health statuses through virtual consultations.
• Develop, implement, and adapt individualized treatment plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
• Facilitate regular therapy sessions—both individually and in-group formats—using evidence-based therapeutic techniques to support clients in overcoming challenges such as anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, and trauma.
• Provide guidance and resources, including referrals to psychiatrists or other healthcare professionals when necessary, to enhance integrated care for clients.
• Document client progress and treatment details in electronic health record (EHR) systems to ensure compliance and continuity of care.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and stay updated with current mental health practices and policies.

The successful candidate will work with a diverse client population experiencing a variety of mental health concerns, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, mood disorders, addiction issues, and eating disorders. • A Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution is required.
• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Georgia.
• At least four years of relevant clinical experience in mental health counseling demonstrating a breadth of knowledge in various psychiatric disorders.
• Strong grasp of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and cultural competence in delivering therapy.
• Proven ability to operate effectively within a remote conducting therapeutic sessions, utilizing virtual platforms for client engagement.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively build relationships with clients and team members.
• Proficient in using electronic health records (EHR) and various software applications essential for documentation and communication.

• Experience offering both individual and group therapy with a focus on trauma-informed care.
• Commitment to ethical standards and maintaining professional boundaries in a therapeutic context.
• Demonstrated crisis intervention experience, with a calm and supportive approach to challenging client situations.
