This role is primarily remote, allowing the flexibility to conduct therapy sessions from the comfort of your home, while also occasionally working from our outpatient office located in Chandler, Arizona. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments by meeting with clients to determine their mental health status and needs.
• Design personalized therapy plans that incorporate evidence-based methodologies tailored to individual client goals.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions utilizing diverse therapeutic approaches to address various disorders and challenges.
• Regularly monitor client progress, providing ongoing support and adjustment of therapeutic interventions as necessary.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.
• Document all client interactions, progress notes, and treatment plans in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Gentle Health Balance Counseling, you will primarily work with a diverse clientele that includes individuals struggling with mental health disorders such as depression, anxiety, substance abuse, and eating disorders. Our patient population is diverse, reflecting various cultural backgrounds, age groups, and socioeconomic statuses. Your ability to connect with clients and provide culturally competent care will be essential in promoting their healing journey.

Qualifications

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• A valid and current licensure as LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Arizona.

• Minimum of four years of clinical experience providing mental health counseling, demonstrating effective therapeutic techniques.
