Qualifications- Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
- Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Massachusetts.
- Successful completion of the National Counselor Examination (NCE) and/or the National Clinical Mental Health Counseling Examination (NCMHCE).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, paired with exceptional interpersonal abilities.
- Proven experience in a mental health counseling role, demonstrating comfort in conducting individual and group therapy.
- Proficiency with electronic health record systems, specifically AVATAR or similar platforms.
