Job Overview:

We are looking for a Corporate Communications Associate who will be responsible for executing internal and executive communications, media relations, social media, and event communications for the firm and its advisors.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute key initiatives and projects in alignment with marketing department objectives.
  • Provide communications support for company-wide announcements, leadership messages and newsletters that keep employees informed about firm news, business strategy, technology and human resource initiatives.
  • Manage intranet content, support town halls and departmental meetings, and help communicate organizational changes, new hires, promotions, and company growth.
  • Support the firm's public and media relations initiatives, including working collaboratively with our external PR agency on inbound media inquiries.
  • Create and schedule social media content for publication on LinkedIn and Facebook according to a content calendar, monitor engagement and brand mentions, and report on metrics.
  • Develop and execute on project plans in Asana that provide a clear picture of work in process and support business objectives and outcomes.
  • Demonstrate accountability, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Work with other members of the marketing team to gather data to analyze performance of communications and marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate effectively within the marketing team and cross-functionally with other departments.
  • Stay up to speed on principles, practices and techniques of corporate communications through discussion and training.
  • Additional projects and duties as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum bachelor's degree
  • 3-5 years of corporate communications or marketing experience; experience in a registered investment advisory environment preferred
