• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments by utilizing evidence-based practices to evaluate clients’ mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Employ various therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to provide effective interventions that empower clients in their recovery process.
• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records in alignment with HIPAA regulations, ensuring the highest standards of ethical practice and patient confidentiality.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to optimize care delivery and enhance treatment outcomes.
• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to share insights and refine therapeutic approaches, thereby elevating the overall quality of care.
• Conduct educational sessions for clients and families to inform and equip them about mental health conditions, treatment pathways, and community resources.

Our client population is diverse, spanning various demographics and mental health challenges. You will work with individuals overcoming anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more. By fostering an empathetic and understanding environment, you will help clients build resilience and find their path to recovery.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• An active license to practice as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Washington.
• A minimum of three years of experience in a mental health or clinical setting, demonstrating your expertise in providing high-quality therapeutic care.
• Strong proficiency in solution-focused psychotherapy modalities and the ability to tailor interventions to the individual needs of clients.
• Exceptional communication skills that enable you to forge strong relationships with clients and foster trust and rapport.

Experience with telehealth platforms and virtual counseling strategies is preferred, as this role will predominantly utilize remote communication tools. Additional certifications in specialized therapeutic modalities are also advantageous.

• A competitive annual salary in the range of $100,000 to $105,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
