• Serve as an essential liaison between families, school staff, and outpatient providers to create a cohesive support network for students.
• Engage with insurance companies to handle pre-certification and utilization management processes, ensuring that necessary services are approved and accessible.
• Participate actively in discharge planning and aftercare strategies, guiding students and families through transitions with sensitivity and care.
• Offer therapeutic meal support, demonstrating how to cultivate a healthy relationship with food that aligns with the emotional and psychological needs of clients.

You will primarily work with students of varying ages, from early childhood through high school, addressing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and learning disabilities. • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is mandatory to ensure a solid foundation in clinical practices.
