• Conduct thorough clinical assessments during initial consultations to determine individual client needs and appropriate therapeutic interventions.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on comprehensive evaluations, ensuring alignment with evidence-based practices and client preferences.
• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based interventions—including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, and other modalities tailored to client needs.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of clinical progress, treatment interventions, and client feedback in compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Collaborate regularly with a multidisciplinary team, attending virtual team meetings to discuss client progress, share insights, and participate in ongoing professional development.

In this role, you will engage with a varied client population characterized by unique challenges including mental health issues, substance use disorders, and traumatic experiences. Our clients hail from diverse backgrounds, requiring a culturally competent approach to care. • A current and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Georgia.
• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or higher, demonstrating advanced knowledge and skills in the field.
• Proficient assessment and diagnostic skills, with the ability to develop effective treatment plans.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities, crucial for effective client interactions and interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Proven organizational and time management skills, enabling you to manage a remote caseload effectively.

• Experience working with a diverse range of populations including individuals facing mental health issues, substance abuse challenges, and histories of trauma.
• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and effective remote communication techniques.
• Previous experience in community health settings or similar environments that emphasize client-centered care and holistic approaches.
