• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans that cater to the unique needs of each client.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused techniques to individuals, couples, and families.
• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards while managing your caseload efficiently.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients, sharing insights and strategies that enhance therapeutic outcomes.
• Engage in ongoing professional development, attending workshops and training to stay up-to-date with contemporary mental health practices and research findings.

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• An active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Georgia.

• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards governing the practice of counseling.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective rapport-building with a diverse client population.
• Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR) software and remote communication tools to document client progress and manage schedules.

• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma, or substance misuse is highly desired.
• A demonstrated ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams, enhancing holistic care for clients.
• Experience with telehealth platforms and virtual counseling techniques.

• Annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and caseload availability.
