• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and evaluations to determine clients’ mental health status and needs, ensuring thoroughness and accuracy.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans grounded in clients’ unique goals and preferences, employing solution-focused approaches.
• Provide engaging individual therapy sessions to adult clients utilizing teletherapy to facilitate effective remote communication.
• Offer crisis intervention services and immediate support as required, ensuring client safety and well-being.
• Participate in ongoing professional development activities to remain current with mental health best practices and interventions, ensuring that service delivery meets industry standards.

This position primarily serves adult clients experiencing a wide array of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. You will work with diverse individuals, adapting therapeutic techniques to meet their unique backgrounds and needs. • A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is requisite.
• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for building rapport with clients and collaborating with team members.
• Demonstrated compassion, empathy, and a non-judgmental attitude towards clients.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to maintain an efficient caseload.
• No history of disciplinary actions with any licensing board is essential.

A minimum of two years of experience in a mental health counseling role is preferred, especially experience utilizing teletherapy platforms for delivering services effectively. Familiarity with evidence-based treatments and assessment methodologies will contribute to your success in this position and enhance the quality of care provided to clients.
