• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health status, utilizing standardized tools and personal interviews to identify specific challenges and strengths.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that align with clients’ therapeutic goals, focusing on promoting personal growth and fostering resilience.
• Provide remote therapy sessions through teletherapy platforms, ensuring accessibility for clients with mobility challenges or those residing in remote areas.
• Monitor client progress and modify treatment approaches as necessary to optimize outcomes, maintaining ongoing communication and collaboration.
• Document all client interactions thoroughly to comply with ethical standards and streamline administrative workflows.
• Engage in regular professional development activities to enhance clinical skills, stay informed on best practices, and participate in trainings in addiction treatment and other relevant areas.

• Current and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Georgia.
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish meaningful and trusting relationships with clients.
• Demonstrable empathy and a nonjudgmental stance, creating a welcoming environment for clients to share their experiences.
• Excellent organizational skills and time management abilities, enabling efficient management of caseloads and administrative tasks.

• Experience in providing therapy for diverse populations and various mental health challenges.
• Background in using teletherapy tools and remote communication platforms.
• Experience working within a collaborative team-based environment, contributing to multidisciplinary discussions on client care.

• Competitive annual salary range of $70,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and credentials.
